Questions about payments and reminders
Do my clients need an account to pay?
No. They open the invoice email, press Pay and pay by card, or by US bank account for invoices in dollars. No sign-up on their side.
Where does the money go?
Straight to your own Stripe account, which you connect from the app. Stripe charges its usual processing fees.
Are reminders sent automatically?
No. Overdue invoices are listed on your dashboard with a reminder message already written for what is left to pay, and you send it with one click.
Can I charge a late fee?
You can state a late fee of 1.5% per month on any unpaid balance, printed in the invoice terms. It is not added to the invoice automatically.
