What happens when I reach my 5 free invoices limit?

Nothing you have already made goes away. Every invoice, client and estimate stays where it is and you can still open, download and edit them. What stops is sending a sixth invoice that month. Your allowance resets 30 days after you signed up, and again every 30 days after that, so you always know the date it comes back. If you would rather not wait, Creator Pro removes the limit entirely.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes, and there is nothing to ask us for. Upgrading takes effect immediately and you are charged the difference for the days left in the month. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep what you bought until it runs out. Cancelling leaves your data intact on the free plan rather than deleting it.

How do additional team seats work on the Team tier?

Team includes three seats in the $24.99 price. A seat is someone who signs in and works in the app. Extra seats are $7 each per month, added or removed whenever you like, and billed for the part of the month you actually used them. Employees who only clock in and out on the time clock are not seats and cost nothing, however many of them you have.

Is there a long-term contract?

Accepted Answer

No. Monthly plans are month to month and you can cancel from inside the app in a couple of clicks, no email and no phone call. Annual plans are paid for a year in advance at a lower rate, and you keep access until that year ends. The free plan has no expiry at all.
