Frequently asked questions

How do I add this signature to Gmail?

Click "Copy signature", then in Gmail go to Settings → See all settings → General → Signature → Create new, and paste (Ctrl/Cmd+V). The formatting, color and photo come with it.

How do I add it to Outlook?

Copy the signature, then in Outlook go to Settings → Mail → Compose and reply (or File → Options → Mail → Signatures on desktop) and paste it into the signature editor.

Why does my photo need to be small?

The photo is embedded directly in the signature. Use a square image under ~100KB — larger photos can be stripped by some email providers. A 200×200px headshot is ideal.

What makes a good email signature?

Name, role and company at a glance, one phone number, clickable email and website, and one social link that matters (usually LinkedIn). Skip inspirational quotes and long disclaimers — shorter signatures read as more senior.
