Area codes are real (so cities look plausible) — the "555-01XX" line and example.com/.org/.net domains are what make every entry permanently non-working.

Frequently asked questions

Are these real, working phone numbers or emails?

No — never. Phone numbers use the "555-0100 to 555-0199" range, which the North American Numbering Plan permanently reserves for fictional use in any area code (the same convention movies and TV use). Emails always use example.com, example.org or example.net — domains reserved by IANA specifically so nobody can ever register them or receive mail there. Nothing generated here can ring, text or receive a real message.

What should I use this for?

Filling out test forms, seeding demo data, QA testing signup flows, screenshots and mockups — anywhere you need placeholder contact info that looks real but definitely isn't.

Can I use this to bypass phone or email verification on another site?

No — that's exactly what this tool is built to not do. Because the numbers and domains are reserved as permanently non-functional, they can't receive a verification code from anywhere, by design.
