Questions about clients
How do I add the lead form to my website?
Copy the one-line embed code from Inbox, Website and paste it where the form should appear. You can set the heading, the button label and the colour. If you already have a form, point it at your BillingOtter link instead.
How are spam submissions handled?
The form has a hidden honeypot field that drops most bot submissions, and each account is rate limited so a flood cannot bury your real leads.
Can I import clients from another app?
Yes, on Creator Pro. Export your clients as a CSV or vCard file, drop it in, and check how the columns match before importing. Excel files need saving as CSV first.
Is there a limit on how many clients I can keep?
The plans do not cap clients. The Free Starter limit is on invoices: 5 a month.
